Located in the MRC de d’Autray, the Berthier Islands is a collection of 103 islands which make up one of the most exceptional and unique landscapes in Québec! They also boast the largest heron colony in North America and are the most important waterfowl migratory stopover on the St. Lawrence. You’ll have a great time discovering the many wonders of this enchanting spot using the hiking trails, the Berthier Islands bike path network and the ferryboat. The bike ride is almost 80 km long and the path winds through local towns and countryside, so you can admire the majestic scenery of the Saint-Pierre Lake Archipelago.
